ESG in our offices

We have a Sustainability Officer in each of our offices, charged with reducing our carbon footprint and ensuring sustainable practices internally and with our partners and clients.

We believe in providing good and flexible working conditions for all our employees, and promoting positive mental health and wellbeing practices.

Empowering our people

We believe in fairness and transparency, offering clear career paths and guidance to all our employees, company wide. We offer internal mentoring programs and career development training, investing in our staff to help them stay at the top of their game.

In 2019, we launched the OCO Global Women’s Network, established to create a community for exchange, capacity building and mentoring with a focus on gender equality. The network is designed to create stronger links for female employees, offer peer support, create a platform to share experiences and to develop a mentoring scheme for career progression.
