The Dubai Incubator is certified and licenced through Dubai’s Department for Economy and Tourism (DET) as a registered incubator with Dubai SME. It serves as a market-entry platform that provides international companies with a supported, low risk and value-for-money way into the UAE to access business opportunities in the country and throughout the wider MENA region beyond.
Since 2013 we have helped more than 65 SMEs launch their regional presence via the Incubator and, working in partnership with DBT between 2015 and 2023, where we generated more than £120 million in registered Export Wins for UK companies through our wider trade support services.
The Incubator offer:
- onshore incorporation options in the emirate of Dubai; DET trade licence as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) or Foreign Branch, both of which can be 100% foreign owned & managed
- mandatory commercial office address & registration required by all companies in the UAE
- residency visa & work permits for employees
- incubation period for up to 60 months; flexibility to break after each quarter
- meeting rooms and co-working space
- vetted shortlist of corporate service providers and suppliers
- support with regulations, compliance and legal developments
