Mohammad Raza, Managing Director for the Middle East at OCO Global, spoke to FDI Intelligence about growing investor interest in Saudi Arabia’s special economic zones (SEZs) and the need for regulatory and infrastructure readiness. He highlighted that while interest in both the mainland and free zones is at an all-time high, many SEZs are still in early development and not yet able to onboard new investors at the necessary pace.
