Purpose of role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for OCO’s Corporate Marketing team and will manage the planning, and delivery of marketing initiatives for OCO Global’s multiple lines of business, as well as, the delivery of marketing activities for clients as part of the Marketing Services function.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Execute a robust digital strategy with the full skills and knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including website, SEO, video, SEM, email, paid advertising and social media, to share relevant, engaging and valuable insights from OCO Global
  • Fully understand the OCO Global brand and sub brands and how these interconnect, to support and maintain global brand awareness campaigns
  • Work with the wider marketing team to execute specific marketing activities for each line of business
  • Managing the creative development of core collateral – traditional and digital
  • Managing external stakeholders such as, designers, PR partners, and other service providers to execute marketing and promotional activities
  • Manage the tracking of all marketing data and create written reports and presentations for Senior Management
  • Ensure buy-in from key internal stakeholders with the businesses and effective internal communication of marketing activities
  • Support clients in the planning and delivery of marketing activities in key markets
  • Support in the development of the Marketing Services line of business through the delivery of business proposals
  • Any other duties as required

Essential Criteria

  • Third level degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, and or Communications (other disciplines will be considered where candidates can demonstrate core skills required)
  • 3 years previous experience as Marketing Manager
  • Previous experience in communications or business operations management
  • Previous experience managing third party suppliers such as designers, developers, PR and advertising agencies
  • Excellent understanding and demonstratable experience in of digital marketing concepts
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B social media, digital email campaigns and SEO
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous staff management experience
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and exemplary time management/organisational skills
  • Experience of building and growing relationships across multiple departments/geographies and networks
  • Demonstrate evidence of commercial aptitude and the understanding of business needs

Desirable criteria

  • Member of CIM or equivalent
  • Google Adwords certified
  • Video development and editing
